27 The following provisions continue to apply to those employees, who were previously known as neonatal (or other) nurse specialists and are now known as Clinical Nurse Specialists. All neonatal nurse specialists who have been employed prior to the commencement of this Agreement shall retain the professional development leave and related allowances, in addition to those payable in accordance with clause 27.1 provided for in point 27.2 of this MECA. This group is subject to individual changes by DHB which continue unless otherwise agreed. These mainly cover working time, although other conditions may be covered. Workers who are ordered to use their motor vehicles in the employers` business are reimbursed at 74 cents per kilometre according to the IRD mileage rates announced from time to time. 27 10 part-time workers is a worker who is not a casual worker and who works for an indefinite period, but who works less than the normal or normal hours prescribed by this MECA.
