5.1.2 Substitute teachers receive $222 per day ($111 per half day) including vacation pay. 8.2.1 The time allocated is defined as the number of time, which the school courts allocate to teachers and within which they require teachers to fulfil different professional obligations and responsibilities, including, but not, to: 11.3.4 A teacher who undertakes under Article 11.3.3 is obliged to reimburse the amount of premiums paid to the school justice and reimburses the school justice after the return of the leave, in a consensual and appropriate manner during the period not exceeding twelve months after the teacher`s return to service. 16.6 The purpose of the appeal procedure is to ensure that all complaints are dealt with correctly and promptly. Therefore, compliance with the provisions of the appeal procedure is necessary. If the defendant does not comply with the provisions of the appeal procedure, the appeal may be dealt with at the next stage. If the Griever does not comply with the provisions of the appeal procedure, the appeal shall be deemed to have been discontinued. The deadlines may be extended by a written agreement of both parties. 2.5.2 In the event of a strike or lockout during central negotiations, the presumed continuation of the collective agreement shall be suspended until an agreement on central conditions is ratified in accordance with Article 11(4) of the PECBA or the central conditions are otherwise regularised. 3.3.4 Notwithstanding Article 3.3.2, any teacher who follows a year of higher education during a school year shall be placed at a new level of teacher training provided that he has fulfilled the conditions set out in Article 3.3.3 (a). (a) proof of higher education or proof of candidacy must be submitted to the school court within sixty (sixty) calendar days of the commencement of employment or the first day of school in each school year or after the end of an additional year of teacher training during a school year.
If proof or proof of the application is not submitted within sixty (sixty) calendar days, this results in a salary adjustment made during the month following the filing of the declaration of qualification. . . .
